Returns & Exchange Conditions
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition and packaging
✅All swing tags, return tags, and hygiene stickers with zip ties must be intact. Not removed.
✅Returned Items must be free of residues, makeup, detergent / perfume scents, etcetera.
✅Returns must be undamaged, including damage caused when trying on and /or alterations.
✅ Returns must be requested through our online Return Center before sending items back.
✅ Once your return is approved, you must ship the item back and ensure it is postmarked within 7 days.
✅ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, minus the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your total refund.
🚫 Final Sale & Custom Couture Items: These pieces are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
🚫Sample Items: Cannot be returned or exchanged.
🚫items already processed at least once for an exchange or return cannot be processed again.

Klarna Purchases
Purchases made with Klarna can only be refunded. No restocking fees will apply.
⚠️Klarna is not accepted for samples, custom or couture purchases, or any other non-refundable items. If you'd like to split your payment, please choose an alternative option like Afterpay or Shop Pay. Orders placed using Klarna for these items will be refunded.

Store Credit for Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer store credit for eligible items returned within 14 days of delivery.
Store credit can be used to place a new order at your convenience.
- Visit our Contact Us page
- Fill in Name, Email, and Phone Number (Optional) fields.
- In the Message box, please include your order number and the item that you would like to return for store credit.
- Download your return label (return shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit).
- Ship your item back and ensure it is postmarked within 7 days of approval.
- Once received, we’ll issue your store credit.
- Store credit never expires and can be used sitewide.
