Daykeyla Return & Exchange Policy

At Daykeyla, we want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange. 💖💖💖

Returns & Exchange Conditions

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

✅ Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition and packaging

✅All swing tags, return tags, and hygiene stickers with zip ties must be intact. Not removed.

✅Returned Items must be free of residues, makeup, detergent / perfume scents,  etcetera.

✅Returns must be undamaged, including damage caused when trying on and /or alterations.

✅ Returns must be requested through our online Return Center before sending items back.

✅ Once your return is approved, you must ship the item back and ensure it is postmarked within 7 days.

✅ Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit, minus the return shipping cost, which will be deducted from your total refund.

🚫 Final Sale & Custom Couture Items: These pieces are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.

🚫Sample Items: Cannot be returned or exchanged.

🚫items already processed at least once for an exchange or return cannot be processed again.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges within 14 days!

  • Select "Exchange" when submitting your return request.
  • We’ll ship your new item once the original item is on its way back to us.
  • Any item being exchanged must fit the conditional standards listed above.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

1️⃣ Visit our [Return Center] and enter your order details.

2️⃣ Select the item(s) and reason for return or exchange.

3️⃣ Download your return label (return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or store credit).

4️⃣ Ship your item back and ensure it is postmarked within 7 days of approval.

5️⃣ Once received, we’ll process your refund or send your exchange.

Refused or Rejected Packages

If a package is refused and returned to us for any reason—including unpaid taxes, failed delivery attempts, or refusal at customs—a return shipping fee, applicable taxes, and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Company's Right to Refuse

If a returned item does not meet the required conditions outlined in our policy, Daykeyla reserves the right to refuse the return or deduct appropriate fees for cleaning, repairs, and restocking from your refund.Additionally, Daykeyla reserves the right to deny any return requests that are deemed fraudulent, malicious, or intended to cause financial loss, damages, or infringement of Daykeyla’s intellectual property.
